Wine Spectator - Bright citris, this racy Champagne offers a lively bead and flavors of plum tart, spun honey, star anise and dried apricot, underscored by a lingering note of smoky minerality. Wine Enthusiast - Beautifully understated, this offers fruit that’s well integrated with the tight texture, giving a seamless, dry while also fruity wine. Just a hint of bottle maturity adds complexity. Light greenish-yellow color, fine bead; nose has light-moderate intensity with slight green apple, clean with only very slight yeastiness; palate is medium bodied with superb tart green apple through to the finish, excellent fresh tingly acidity without being biting, slight salinity; finish is medium length with continued tart green apple flavor with slight brioche.
